Raffi Appel
Raffi is a digital marketing expert who has developed innovative texting solutions for campaigns and causes. Raffi has helped major party committees, nationally recognized nonprofits, senate campaigns, and PACs grow texting programs from a promising new channel into a major revenue driver. He previously worked as a Vice President at Trilogy Interactive, managing digital persuasion and mobilization, issue advocacy, and texting programs for clients such as House Majority PAC, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, League of Conservation Voters, and Patients for Affordable Drugs. He holds a degree in political theory and constitutional democracy from Michigan State University.
Krishna Ghodiwala
Krishna is a communications professional who has harnessed her deep experience in campaigns, advocacy, and government into some of the most innovative texting programs for a wide range of organizations. Priding herself on always identifying the next big thing, she literally wrote the guide on “texting out the vote,” which has been used by organizations throughout the country to help them design and implement large scale distributed texting programs. She later expanded her focus to protecting the messaging space by becoming a leading bipartisan expert on 10DLC policy, working with carriers and regulators to advocate for legitimate political messaging to voters and donors.

Brian is one of the most trusted voices in the sector for email data management, delivery, and optimization with deep knowledge of both client needs and the evolving email technical landscape. Over nearly three decades of doing both the daily work and long-term strategy for top political campaigns, Fortune 500 companies and national nonprofits, he has developed a vigilance for maintaining hyper-clean data that tells the truth. With this passion, at Trilogy Interactive, and now Message Digital, Brian has created best-in-class tools and products that help clients optimize their email programs by marrying traditional response metrics with program-level data and analytics. Day to day, Brian manages our most complex clients, at every stage; from launching to reinventing major email programs while keeping Message Digital on the leading edge of email program performance.
